
All Solano County clients are to be registered through Resource Connect Solano – RCS. (REGISTER HERE).
This ensures that everyone has a fair chance at obtaining housing where so little housing is available.
DIXON VETS TRANSITIONAL HOUSING
This program provides transitional housing services to 12 male Veterans experiencing homelessness. The Veteran must have served one day of active-duty service to be eligible. All eligibility determinations are made through the Department of Veterans Affairs.
FAIRFIELD VETS
Provides housing and supportive services to 4 male Veterans. Clients receive case management services, access to benefits assistance, supplemental food, and transportation to appointments. Clients must be chronically homeless and disabled to be eligible for the program. All referrals to this program must come through Resource Connect Solano. Eligibility must be documented prior to entry into the program.
DIXON VETS HABITAT HOUSE
Provides housing for 6 formerly homeless male Veterans in our Dixon Habitat for Humanity House. Clients have their own rooms and share the common areas of the home with the other residents. Clients are self-sufficient and are provided supportive services on an as needed basis
